Come, Pray the Rosary allows Catholics worldwide to join together in praying the Rosary or to pray the Rosary individually. This online Rosary features beautiful video imagery from the Holy Land (Israel and Jordan) with narration by Fr. Dave Heney as he prays the Rosary with parishioners of St. Paschal Baylon Church in Thousand Oaks, California. Based on your preference, either the Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful or Glorious Mysteries will be recited. You may also share prayer intentions and view intentions from others.

ABOUT THE PASTOR

Fr. Dave Heney grew up in Thousand Oaks, CA, and was ordained a parish priest for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in 1978. In 1991 he received a Masters degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from the University of Southern California.

He is the author of "Motivating Your Parish to Change"; a book on spiritual leadership from Resource Publications, and the author of "Don't Tell Me What to Do!" a concise Catholic view of modern moral issues, with an official Imprimatur from the Archdiocese, and published by Paulist Press in 2002.

In 2002, he founded "The University Series," a multi-parish adult education program during Lent that each year attracts over 11,000 attendees (theuniversityseries.org).

In 2014, He finished his 12-year term as pastor of his home parish in Thousand Oaks, and began a sabbatical year as a Visiting Research Fellow at the Center of Ethics and Culture at Notre Dame University.

He is now the pastor of St. Bruno Catholic Church in Whittier, California, and working on establishing the University Series in other areas of the country.
